Permanent magnetic level indicator officially obtained the national utility model patent authorization
The YCK permanent magnet material level indicator developed by Hunan Xin-Liang Electronics officially obtained the national new patent license on October 5, 2011.
The patent was launched at the end of 2010, and it took nearly one year from declaration, acceptance, disclosure, substantive examination to authorization. This patent discards the design idea of the traditional mechanical level positioner, and innovatively uses the electromagnet to energize, that is, the "electrical magnetism" and the permanent magnet swing rod generate repulsive force, and the power is called "magnetism" to collect the permanent magnet pendulum. The rod knocks back the signal and judges whether it swings or not, and then judges whether there is material. Compared with the traditional mechanical level positioner, it has a series of advantages such as high reliability, high sensitivity, high safety, low power consumption, easy installation, maintenance-free, wide application and long service life, which greatly improves the accuracy of material level measurement. Reliability, use and maintenance costs are also drastically reduced.
Up to now, Xin-Liang Electronics has obtained 7 national patent authorizations.
