A low level positioner is installed in the silo of each smelting furnace. When the material in the silo is short, the low level positioner exposes the material surface and emits an audible and visual alarm signal to remind the operating staff to timely feed to avoid an empty warehouse accident. It is also possible to add a high level positioner as a stop button and a low level positioner as a start button to form an automatic feed system for the smelting furnace.
